You said- “Your filing is wasted and down the drain somewhere.” So it’s exactly like an investment in ONCI???
Everyone understands the risk but, hypothetically, let’s say an investor were to start investing in a company around .0037 and see that investment fall to .0002. We’d say that money went “down the drain” right? But we’d also know why that investor spent so much time pumping a stock that is obviously a scam. In this purely hypothetical example, we could argue that the only person not to understand the risk was the investor who has lost 10’s of thousands of dollars because they did not listen to the people they label as bashers.
Three years ago this was a high risk/high reward investment that made a lot of people a lot of money. Now it’s just a dilution machine making the CEO wealthy.
