SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
We are having a great weekend so far!
All of our deal memo changes have been sent to our clients, and their attorneys promised me that I will get their final edit Monday ( tomorrow). As it happens in all negotiations, we don't anticipate any "deal breakers". But whatever they may want to change, seem to be very minor, since we've gone this far. I'm sure that we can come to terms, maybe as soon as Monday afternoon . I feel confident that we can close this, so that we can post full disclosure PR maybe as soon as Tuesday, worse case Wednesday. (as all of you know, we just have to get approvals on the content from everyone involved.)
Once everyone sees the deal, they will understand what we are trying to do strategically for our company. I've already slated to visit California, and then New York next week since everyone anticipates these deal to close.
As always, I appreciate everyone's kind words and emails. I'm even getting great "vote of confidence" emails from those who normally are very negative and seem to be against our success. But then again, one can't get mad at his/her money?
I will post updates on Monday regardless, just to make sure that everyone is aware of all the developments. Thank you for all the support and good will!
