There's going to be an outcome here in the next few months and there's no need to speculate. If we get Rule 36'd, you can do a little dance and gloat if you makes you feel good. Short of that, I like our prospects of having J&J out of the way for good finally.
I'm of the opinion that 5% of the suit is still a pretty big chunk of money given where we are are now and will get DECN pretty far along. The sooner that happens in a settlement, the better for getting products in the market.
I also think all of the current shareholders will do our own little dance if DECN gets over $50M...
