Product offering and sales is the long term life blood of a company.
Unless a litigative windfall is of enormous dimension with the intent that if and when received the company liquidates and goes out if business it is a one time event.
Again, such gains are useful in financing product launches but those launches are still possible in their absence.
Looking forward to seeing those products.
