Reality 2 SRGE never had the concessions
Fact 3 The mining law in Mexico grants a right to the holders of the mining concessions to exploit the minerals that are in the subsoil of the concession, the minerals, the oil, the gas and everything that has value that is in the subsoil belongs to the nation, the federal government administers and grants concessions.
Fact 4 The government of Mexico protects farmers by creating ejidos that they administer regulated by the federal government.
Fact 5 If oil or mineral deposits are found on their lands, by law, their exploitation takes priority over their right to possession of the land (surface).
Fact 6 The holder of the mining concessions has the obligation to socialize his project in the surrounding communities trying to obtain beneficial agreements for all the parties and generate the necessary harmony to start the project.
Fact 7 If the ejido community abuses its position when negotiating to obtain large sums of money that do not correspond to it, the company informs the federal government, it intervenes inviting to reason their requests, if there is no arrangement, the federal government is obliged to initiate a procedure of EXPROPRIATION of the lands that the company requires, paying at the value determined by the government (appraisal) of the surface.
