How wrong you are. Check out the current SEC investigations on CEO’s for corrupt price manipulations. The lies that were stated in tweets and shareholder updates are all submittable for review. These were not stated as forward looking statements of intention, these were stated as facts. They were most likely done with intent to artificially stimulate/prop the share price and create buying interest for dilution purposes, convertible notes, and personal shares. It’s called fraud. Check with a lawyer bud, I’d be concerned if I was Steve, hence the silence.
