So for #2,
Who thinks if push come to shove they could sell the UK rights for 30M tomorrow? I certainly think they could. They also have 100M shares to sell. Though they are limited by sec rules, so they probably couldn't sell all 100M shares at once, which is why they didn't simply raise $100M two years ago once and be done.
I sent them an email a couple weeks ago suggesting as such.
Here is NP talking about that very suggestion. Sounded very bullish to me, i.e. they clearly are not near that point, in fact the next line seems they are very close.
