Hello my fellow Ucorians. I was just explaining to someone why I exercised all my rights. I said that I was confident that we (Ucore) would prevail in the courts and complete our legal purchase of IBC. For a moment I thought about what to say next. Then I said, when we do takeover IBC everyone will be coming to us. We'll likely have numerous offtake agreements from government, defense and manufacturers. We will move forward with Suncor in Alberta. We will make progress in Kentuck with our coal partner. We will also become primary suppliers to LEXI and own lots of their stock...I don't think Stevie boy wants to give up that stock and money from LEXI...but we entered into our option contract to purchase IBC years before Lexi happened to IBC.

I just don't see how Ucore can be less than a buck once we takeover IBC. When will that be? December of this year hopefully or early next year. That is short term folks...anyone selling for today's prices is a poor investor. Anyone who has followed this story and believes in Ucore would not sell for anything close to today's buy/sell. Back up the truck but don't sell now of all times!

I'm very long in Ucore...and you should be too IMHO...Ucore to the moon boys & girls...

Dan

I feel the same. This would be crazy to drop the ball at the end of the field. We will have double shares but close to a dollar by this time next year.

Here is the rub. We are supposed to have dpa, aidea, offtakes etc
if we have ibc or not. That was supposed to happen ASAP. As in now or at least 2019. Now it's all predicated on ibc? Thought usg wanted sx? A proven method. What happened to all the good stuff after sept 17 RO?
reason I am not sinking another 11k into ucore? They still haven't showed me 1 deal. Got 180k shares. So I am in. But All I am seeing is dilution as of now

Dear Pip/Joe,
Okay, I agree you do have a point. But what you see as dilution is nesssary. They came and said, Hey we only have enough cash for one more month. We need cash and this the way we are going to get it. So you would want them to go bankrupt so there would be no dilition? Would that not waste your 11K that you have invested. Then Steve would win and DOD would have a deal with him. How many companies put in requests to DOD for money on this rare earth matter. DOD has to by law go over each one with a fine tooth comb. No matter how much pressure is on the contract. Shotgun to start, top companies will get a little to prove that they can do something. Ones like Ucore and Suncor will get a lot more the second time around.

All and all, it take time for government gears to move. They got to think about it a while.

You know what Dragon i don't think it is necessary; 248m. 10% covers a years worth of Op-x. So the extra, 90% ?? i could see 20, maybe 30% above that....but...90%?? To me, it's a set-up for serious future regret. We'll most likely see Directors & insiders subscribed for above 10% alone. Either way......almost 1/2 dosen't trade anyway and if this starts to break with news, even a full RO will barely be liquid enough

Dear 69,
I am on my first cup of coffee, but you do make a lot of sense. Okay, they needed 10 % for a year's worth of Op-x and most likely the 11 million they needed to buy IBC. That would be what per cent of the 280 million. But the extra is for what, is the question?
Okay, some of the RO is not going to be exercised and the warrants will expire. So is Ucore just being cautious in doing a RO with a one for one warrant setup because they thought it would fail and they would only get about 10% of the warrants exercised or is the coming news is so good that 280 million extra shares would be needed to remain liquid and trading on the exchange? You do pose interesting questions.
The rest of my investments are boring safe and sane, I have the most fun with this stock.
May we live in interesting times, indeed.

Good Evening, Dan
I could not have say it better. I have not exercise my RO but will sell them and buy as much Ucore as I can. Pickup a little with a dividend payout on the first. To a dollar and to the moon after.
Night,
Dragon
