Exactly... "The problem has always been a CEO who failed to follow through on the many things he said, therefor destroying share value, and losing investor confidence."
Trading decisions were made based on Steve Berman's filings, share holder letters, tweets, radio show interview, etc... decisions to buy, hold, or sell. Mr. Berman "is" accountable for what he has told the shareholders who have funded ONCI for the past several years.
I am still holding a substantial position.
