Just noticed some very incorrect evaluation of LNT

If you are interested, you should buy LNTH, why?
Quote:
The agreement provides for Progenics shareholders receiving 0.2502 shares of Lantheus for each Progenics share they hold.
This exchange ratio, according to the release, values Progenics at a 35% premium to its 30-day volume-weighted average closing price, and a 21% premium to the closing price on Tuesday.
PGNX closed at $4.9 yesterday. Based on yesteday's closing price of LNTH of ~$25. and for a 4 PGNX to 1 LNTH conversion, it would be around a 21% premium.
Today LNTH dropped to $19 avg. So, PGNX is still worth 1/4 of it, for which it drop in early morning to sub $4.
MEANS if PGNX got back to $5.50 LNTH is still 4 times that price or really should be around $22 right now.
Synergy in acquisitions: As both corp are in the same line of work. 1+1=3 or more. Means they will cut cost and redundant work and increase sales with existing resources and synergy, and if yesterday, their market cap was $900m + $450m or $1.3B roughly. Once merger is complete we would be looking at more than this number, based on this rule.
Note, as per Ohm: I'm not selling any CYDY to buy LNTH. I expect CYDY will be greatly rewarded soon, now that we are getting attention. One portion was taken out. Soon the suit will follow. LNTH is just a long term side play for me.
