Let me recap for newbies what my "speculation" is on NGen.

First of all it was just plain dumb luck that NGen bought the LIBE shell from Brian Conway. IMHO

NGen started around 2005 as a technology company in South Korea. It was a private company that was run by Mr Rhee and Mr Carter. It created several other companies as a result of their technology. Now they have 12 engineers developing amaz'ing products in different sectors. The Company has an office in Texas but t'he technology is born in Canada, Taiwan and South Korea IMHO....

This is what I find compelling about NGen...they are a silent partner in a way with OEM's. So IM"HO it will be hard to find a product stamped wi'th NGen on it.

I have owned start up stocks that use shells similar to LIBE and I am sure most here felt NGenn must be a start up with nothing but a dream.
Well that incorrect, NGen is a superior company that has already proven themselves...and developed products, branded products, patent pending etc.
IMHO
IMHO NGen will be a monster revenue generating machine if I understand the Super 8k we all got this past week.https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/liberated-energy-inc-LIBE/stock-news/80738729/current-report-filing-8-k

Distractors will say "Why go public and use convertible debt ?"

Great question and I" dont know.......sort of.........

About a month ago I found a post on the GRAS c'hat room that 'showed the mufflers and inferred Hunydai was the buyer......

Everyone said BS........but I found a third party who spoke to the author and verified it was for real but the deal fell thru due to "factoring"........
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
"Factoring (finance) Factoring is a financial transaction and a type of debtor finance in which a business sells its accounts receivable (i.e., invoices) to a third party (called a factor) at a discount. A business will sometimes factor its receivable assets to meet its present and immediate cash needs"
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Thus for unk reasons NGen chose GRAS to become a public entity.....but as "our luck" would have it......GRAS got suspended by the SEC.

Ngen had already struck a deal "IMHO" with Carbourn lending to' finance the next order of mufflers...thru GRAS..

This is where luck falls in Brian Conways lap (CEO of LIBE) IMHO

Carbourn also loans money to LIBE and LIBE is trying to sell its shell to a Vape Company who cant finish the deal (audit) or simply is overwhelmed with the process and wants t'o back o'ut......

Brian is forced to do a 25000 to one R/S to pay off debts....but

then Carbourn sees the answer to NGEN'and LIBE and his loan issues could all be resolved........so

they unwind the NGEN GRAS deal , cancell the R/S and redo a deal with NGen and LIBe.......

Why this happened I have n'o Idea but to say ty.......

Ngen will be the stock of the year IMHO..........

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The above is an opinion o'f mine and no' one should buy or sell stocks based on my delusioonal thoughts......
