Ok, then this goes to the price drops we have been

Some on here are saying there are people who don't want the company to succeed, but honestly, I just don't buy that. We've seen the price go up and down and then always settle above 2.00. If someone really wanted the company to fail, they could drop the stock tremendously below 2.00 as we have seen the wild flunctation of price.
It would actually benefit shareholders for the price to go up with the 1:1 coming up. There is just no way about it, even if that means, buying stock at a higher price to get the price up. Some were actually doing that a while back to keep the price above 2.00.
So, what's actually causing it to drop when we are hearing good news, NASDAQ might be right around the corner and the 1:1 dividend is less than a month away now?
