pctl just filed a pre-14c to possibly increase a/s to 1 billion.. this is a curious move-to sell shares?-imo-to maintain control of the co... it seems co.'s want to buy pctl on the cheap..increasing the a/s to 1 billion would prevent a takeover..
let us see what other news comes out first-my initial reaction was negative.. mgmt will need to put out pr's -imo- 1. any good news is sorely needed now more than ever.. and 2. to explain furthur the pre-14c..(it has not been signed yet)
