I didnt say, that someone will sue as over missing payments. But if bills are not payed, maybe certain services and goods are then requiring upfront payment for example.
50-100 people on the BLA doesnt sound like pocket change to me as well.
The BOD is heavily invested, yes, but if they would put in 10Mill.$, that would be multiple of there original investment. Gould is in so many Boards and ventures that we are likely just a sideshow for him. And lets not forget the disput with him over Pestell.
Klump put 500k so far as a loan, which is due this month as far as I know.
And than putting so much money in a loan? If I expect that company to survive that would be a bad deal compared to buying shares instead.
So maybe they would make a privat placement with the Board, but there are legal concerns I quess.
Not to forget the noteholders. If we can not pay theyr requests of every month, that means more shareprice dumping. No financing keeps people from buying/adding more shares, means the notheolder will drive the price rapidly down.
Thats actually my biggest concern in regard to the whole financing thing.
