Just an intriguing thought here is that although IPIX announced their engagement with Locustwalk yesterday,that doesn't mean that they just began their relationship yesterday.They could have started it probably anytime after receiving the upfront $ from AS.
Just speculating here but Locustwalk could potentially have become involved with negotiations since mid July and IPIX just held the news till 9/30.
