I'd like to respond to this reply here. I am definately not spoiled concerning what is going on with GNBT.
I started buying shares in the company this year. Before that, I worked at 2 Fortune 500 companies for roughly 40 years and was blessed to be able to obtain stock through them and be given stock through them.
I also attended many shareholder calls and meetings with those companies, so I understand what goes on and what doesn't and what is to be expected.
Also, looking at things to happen at light speed? No, just looking for things to happen as stated in meetings or if not, warnings as to why they won't or might not, ahead of time.
I don't hold you accountable to what happened prior to you taking over the company and to be quite honest, I find it a bit insulting that you accuse anyone on here of defending the prior management, since I have not seen one individual since my time on here when I came on in July of defending said prior management. In fact, all I have seen are people lambasting the prior management to the point I actually got tired of it and just wanted to discuss the here and now and what is to come with GNBT. So, just because you might not like our questions, stop being defensive and accusing people of acting like they support the previous management, that is totally unfair and insulting to those who are investing in the future of this company.
What does concern me and back to my previous comments is that in my other companies, when they outlined their plans and gave out detailed information to those plans, they were followed. If there were any deviation to those plans, it was put out there 'in advance', so no one would be taken by surprise.
I have asked one main question to you multiple times and it has yet to be answered. It is a simple question but can have a huge impact on perception short term no matter how you slice it.
People have invested a lot of money into this company. This is their money. You might not invest in stocks, but other people do. You have made statement after statement that you want to take care of your shareholders, well your shareholders own a lot of stock. They are investing amd will continue to invest.
So, the PR that was sent out for the 1:1 dividend, you're talking a 60/69 formula. Again, how are you going to make sure this happens, so your shareholders do not see a 50% stock price split by OTC? Any way you look at it, if a 50% stock price split happens, that is going to be a bad perception for the company among shareholders. You might not see that personally, but shareholders will, especially after what just happened with the retirement shares. Yes, I know, the regulators messed up, but again, perception matters. And if a 50% stock split price happens after that, then the perception has a good chance of going negative and for all the good that the company is currently doing, all it takes is one bad negative to mess it all up.
Perception.
I hope you can understand this.
