Updated Progress Report on our Provider Agreement with T-Mobile USA
Dear Shareholders, September 30, 2019
Great progress to report!
After working through our legal department, we suggested enlarging our Provider Agreement with
T-Mobile USA to add authorization for Tri Cascade to include a variety of additional connectivity
services, such as smart IoT LED streetlights and AIoT security edge camera systems. The
Agreement authorizes us to sell direct consumer connectivity services, meantime, Tri Cascade can
engage Provider Agents to resell Tri Cascade’s IoT services. Tri Cascade is also authorized for SIM
activation services with our own billing system to invoice and collect from customers SIM data usage
charges. It is a landmark master 3year term IoT services contract.
Because of our NDA provisions, I think our Shareholders can understand that I cannot go into any
additional specific details because of the sensitivity of the Agreement. We signed the Provider
Agreement on our side and expect T-Mobile USA’s countersignature.
We are presently drafting a formal joint Tri Cascade/T-Mobile USA press release for T-Mobile’s
approval for publication after the Provider Agreement is fully executed. We will enter active
discussions and plans with T-Mobile USA on co-operative efforts and projects – all aimed at rapidly
pushing forward to generate revenues and mutual business expansion!
