I don't think that Chris is a relative of Leo Ehrlich.
But if he were, I would see that as a PLUS, not a negative.
A family member would not want to take on a job for another family member if they didn't think they'd be successful, would they? Who would want to create a rift and hard feelings? A family member would be MORE likely to work as hard as possible to get a good deal.
But as I've said, I think that it's much more likely that the name is a coincidence.
They do exist in real life, not just in movies.
