they issued 1 million preferred series A stock, valued worth $60K is for 1 series A can covert to 1 common share, The fair value of the preferred series A stock on April 12, 2019 was $60,398 and was valued by using the Binomial Model based on various assumptions.

Also for the 6 months ending June 30, 2019 $667,000.00 converted to 30,216,000. Those shares are absorbed already. IMHO
