And when you become CEO you can single-handedly end this disappointment. You have two days to step up, impress us all, give guidance to the company's lawyers from your vast reservoir of experience, and bring order to the chaos you have tried to create -- all over stock price.
Let me take stock here. You have accused Mr. Berman of being incompetent. You have accused Mr. Berman of being on the take. You have accused Mr. Berman of taking care of his friends -- illegally. You have accused Mr. Berman of being anti-shareholder. With all of these crimes, being leveled on Mr. Berman, even though he has never met his accuser, and the accuser has not provided a single shred of proof, you owe it to all of us to put your heft behind your words. Come in and take over the company. And let's see what shareholders think of that. You are running out of time. If you do not take over the company after all of these unfounded allegations, then I think Mr. Berman, on behalf of shareholders, should bring securities manipulation charges against you. If Mr. Berman doesn't have the money, or if the company doesn't have the money to do this, I will put up the money and I suspect more than a handful of your colleagues (real shareholders) will join me. DECN has a lot of money pulling for them. And these people are used to dealing with pizzant false allegations. You cannot charge that someone is a criminal over and over and over, without proof, on three message boards (public forums) and expect to get away with it. The 1st Amendment doesn't cover conspiracies. And that is what you are running here.
