$LAHO - There you go. I've been doing business
Post# of 432
I've been doing business in construction working on the supply chain side with the production framing contractors and on the land development side with an engineering firm with the national developers for a combined 30+ years. I've seen deals go south. And I've seen deals get pulled out of the fire too.
I can tell you for a fact that the action / reaction / interaction we just witnessed between LAHO and GSCG was not the typical business dealings between entities on either side of a contract when an issue arises that could potentially cost millions to fix or threaten to derail the whole contract.
GSCG went to the aid of LAHO. And I think they brought in some highly experienced, high powered help on short notice and with results needed in a few working days.
Translation: Someone paid some big time attorney / firm to come in and get this plan laid out and executed. An SEC attorney / firm no doubt. This was all done in a matter of days not weeks or months.
They had the SEC to contend with and a deadline before it traded on the gray sheets.
That took a lot of horsepower behind the scenes to get accomplished. And it took a lot of money too.
Don't think that this was all coming from LAHO's side of the equation.......nope.
