Well, they don't use 700 mg as a single dose until now , not planning soon IMO ...
They just started to evaluating if patients can tolerate one shot of 525 mg...
But to my knowledge so far they not planning to try 700 mg in one shot , they worry about local reaction,
So actually if this is FDA problem , look to me as with few other things with Leronlimab , it is premature.
For 700 mg , company is using one injection to one side of the abdomen of 350 mg , and then another side of the abdomen for second dose of 350 mg...
So I personally do not understand , what is FDA problem, or they just cant find other things to request now ...
