by pointing out that the lengthy dd required as explained many times and the burdensome communication channels among at least 3 separate groups who all speak different specialized languages-as described many times-takes time-and normally cant be done in less than months etc
its been over 2 years since NNLX bravely opened up several methods of moving the tech forward financially in europe etc via geographic sale, license or partnership-though it took 9 months before the expiration of the period for challengers to challenge NNLX's petri flat pack patents in Europe
so any of the many interested countries noted by NNLX could be pursuing some stage of secret negotiations among any of those avenues-though negotiations are typically lengthy and difficult-the real world
it can take ppl many months or years just to sell a home-which in comparison is a very simple process facilitated by brokers or lawyers ostensibly representing both sides
so again my mention of the timeline was a rebuke of the usual naysayer the sky is falling attitude that if something isnt completed immediately then it was either the companies fault or there was no interest or no value-none of those negative propositions are true
its also possible to have negotiations among other avenues previously opened up while opening the new net revenue angle
its possible to open the new net revenue angle to push along stalled negotiations of the previously opened avenues- i have no idea if thats the case bc i purposefully have no direct communication with the company while 'no info' status, which, inter alia, gives me the freedom to detail the possibilities without interfering with those possibilities
