The way OTC handled this is a kick in the nuts but

1. I think that uplist will drive interest in the company and will offset the mishandling of share retirement.
2. Regardless of market cap the share retirement increased our equity in the company. We have the same size piece of a smaller pie.
3. With the div we will further increase our equity by doubling the size of our piece of the pie. Even though the pie will be slightly bigger than pre retirement we will still be on the upside as far as equity stake.
4. Even if the pps drops with the div, your cost per share will be cut in half. Every .01 move will mean twice as much because you will have 2X the shares.
5. Don’t underestimate a short squeeze. While I don’t count on it and it is only temporary and has nothing to do with fundamentals, if you are iffy or on the fence about the long term you could potentially sell a small portion of your holding, take your initial investment off the table and play with house money. Want to see what a squeeze does to a chart. Look at GEVO 5 year chart. There are 2 of them. I wouldn’t but a stock hoping for a squeeze but that’s not to say I wouldn’t take advantage of the situation if it occurred to a stock I was holding.
6. I think that Joe and team are building what will be a disruptive force in the biotech sector. By building a fully integrated research, MSO, HMO, pharmacy, clinic with multiple candidates for trials at different stages there is unlimited upside.
