I have read speculation that Steve or ONCI is buying back these shares in advance of a reverse split in price. If that is the case, certainly the 130+ million shares available at the .0003 ask should have been grabbed, as I do not believe the share price will go lower.
Why have 200 million shares been picked up this week alone, and we still have 130+ million shares available at the low price of .0003?
