Any guesses on who has picked up over 150 million shares

Any guesses on who has picked up over 150 million shares the last couple of days, and why? (Steve, ONCI, potential new owner, hedge fund, large new client)

Still trying to figure out where the 130+ million shares at the ask of .0003 is coming from. Based on the above, why hasn't someone scoffed up those shares?
