Your "queries" don't make me "uncomfortable". They're just so repetitive. Reminds me of the little aliens in the locker on the movie MIB. Open the door & the little guys are running around screaming "all is lost...all is lost".
Bottom line is we either sign a big deal or get bought out and make some money, or, we don't and we all lose some money. Business model didn't work because people don't want to put their damn phones down & sure as hell don't want to pay (buy our apps) to make them do it. Laws and/or Insurance Companies might force the issue, or....might not. Good luck.
