Bob should PR these comments ASAP. He shouldn't hide behind "barred from talking about ongoing legal action" - these points are outside that rule's scope. I mostly wonder about uplisting - will that be delayed until this is resolved?
I wonder why Bob wasn't charged in 3 earlier actions - ?:
. . . Prior charges were filed by the SEC against other penny stock violators in October 2010, December 2010, and June 2011.
It looks like the crime was:
. . . an undisclosed bribe that was to be paid to a stockbroker who agreed to purchase a microcap company's stock in the open market
which is something that legitimate paid promoters do - they buy shares at end-of-day to keep up PPS.
It was a mistake by Bob - and we all know he was struggling for operating cash in Spring, 2010.
