Scammers working for MMs OLMN and ARCA bracketing bid / ask spread to try to get cheap shares.
Possible to buy 100K per .0010 increment if you try hard enough but very distracting with so much else going on today.
Someone just bought 100K at .0084 from undercut ask put up by a panicker below ARCA / OLMN.
