imo NR (non retail) is setting up for the 10K due out of mgmt this month

3 aspects *imo* worth noting

1 .. the easiest aspect NR *controls* is a target's PPS

in case it was missed .. NRs' ability to reset via washed trades/efforts

2 .. NRs' inability specific to IPIX's *volume* avgs .. after working for months to
achieve a plus 500k 90 day vol avg .. NR is losing that *effort* .. that is why you
are seeing CEs (colluding entities) UC'ing (undercutting) on the ask .. begging
for retail ask hits .. (far easier to manipulate NRs' next round down)

if NR didn't have a *clue* b4 that release .. they sure as hell do now

this is from memory so I may be off a wee bit .. but a 150M *for* and 14M against

do the math on that % because it is staggering .. and it reveals why NR is so stuck

that isn't to say that NR won't do what they always do on IPIX since NRs' last orchestrated *take up* of significance @ the EO 2014 (hand off into 2015)

relentlessly brutalize IPIX's PPS .. remember there is not one retail investor who holds *shares* below 7c

it is extremely unusual for an OTC target to outlast Non Retail

watching (as able) to see how NR handles the next input (presuming 10K) out of mgmt
