I see they update item #15. I had texted Joe that it was incorrect in the proxy we voted on already. It said 20:1 shares of NGIO instead of 1:4. I would have been VERY HAPPY if the 20:1 was correct.

Generex had issued a dividend of Antigen Express, Inc. d/b/a NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology to its shareholders in the amount of 1 share of Antigen Express, Inc. for every 4 shares of Generex common stock in February 2019.
