Joe may have assumed that if the exchange does not make the price adjustment, increased demand would. I would have thought the same. However, we are in uncharted territory as someone suggested earlier.
The TD rep I just talked with says share update on broker sites can take days. He could not pin down a due date. His guess was that market forces would move the needle and not the exchange. He could not provide an assertive analysis.
In the interim, let’s not suddenly turn on Joe. We have not collapsed. Let’s exhale. Concerning calling the exchange on price adjustment, I wonder whether we should not be the ones calling to query. Don’t know if there are boundary issues for a CEO seeking that kind of redress involving stock price. Don’t know. Just thinking aloud.
