Exactly. I briefly texted with Joe. He thought the OTC would adjust the price, but there is nothing he can do if they don't. He said he retired the shares for nothing, so far. I mentioned he could have dividend that 20M shares to shareholders and we would have the larger % of the company that he wanted to accomplish with this. He is not happy, but he is on a plane out west to work on plans he has announced already.
