New investors/speculators and yes flippers will come on board when one of these deal's details are confirmed..next two months IMO. Your summary and past quarter results are why I continue to add to my position every week. The company has not changed only the number of investors. Many in this space set various alerts for news, volume, or % gain before pulling the trigger. PRs will likely change the demand and ultimately the pps.
