Got an email back from Michael Mulholland that states..
"Our preferred minimum for a direct investment is %50k, in some situations, we will accept $25k. However, U.S. Securities laws require that each investor qualify as an "Accredited Investor," which requires annual income of $200k for the past two years, (300k joint) or net worth over 1 million.

Guess I will be buying a bunch more on the open market soon, since I do not qualify. I wish Cytodyn would do an actual Public offering without all the accredited crap, but I guess that is how the law is written, so they have to follow it. GLTUA!
