Company needs to earn it back.

If it is that important to you then I suggest you call Mr. Berman and talk to him. All three message boards have become varying degrees of cesspool. Ask him about the accounting that is so important to you and fufat. But I warn you, you better know what you are talking about. Otherwise if you are looking for answers from message board posters, I am pretty sure they do not share. I do not know what you expect from a message board poster(s). Most of these people do not have the guts to call the company. They find it easier to whine and accuse on a message board, or three of them and also wish for Mr. Berman to die etc.

If you do not trust the company or Mr. Berman and think they/he are wasting your time, or deliberately or indeliberately mismanaging or stealing money, then gather your 15% of outstanding shares and show up at the company offices and attempt to do a desk audit and prove out your suspicions. I told you how to do it.

I have said many times, I think it is time for a message board poster to come in and run the company. There are many posters who believe a trained monkey, or an untrained monkey can do a better job. Certainly a message board poster can do a better job than a monkey even if Berman can't.

So allow Mr. Berman to leave. He draws no salary but takes millions of $$ of abuse from penny traders and non-shareholders alike. I think he has reached that point, and tonight is a great example, where Berman should take his value, and he has great value in the industry and should make money for his accomplishments. He won't and can't at DECN. Tonight is a classic and another example why. It is way past time.
