I agree. Two by the ways. First DECN has lost $40 million since 2001, not since yesterday. Most of the losses are paper losses, not cash. Not that it matters to someone looking to put Mr. Berman in jail for the crime of a low stock price.
Second, I assume you are a current shareholder and are down money should you sell your stock today. Does this make you wish for Mr. Berman to die? Some posters want this to happen and post it on 3 message boards.
As to your desire to get to the bottom of perceived corruption at DECN, put together a group of shareholders that comprise at least 15% of shares outstanding, and you are entitled to view company documents. That means you can also do what is known as a desk audit.
Keep that anger coming. Let that hate grow. Let me know when your audit is complete.
