Shareholder meeting, 30:05 on the webcast:
"We have secured funding to get to the end of the year. We don't have the funding, but we have secured it from the people who will be funding us. I'm hoping to get it done next week to stop all the bleeding that we get from people who sell their shares, keep their warrants, that's why the stock is always hurting."
He better bring the thunder on Monday morning after this raise has closed. Because shotgun blasting an offer to everyone whose email they had possession of about a raise has caused people to sell their shares, keep their warrants, and tank the share price by 13% (at last check...) TODAY ALONE. Which ignores the negative impacts of allowing the noteholders to convert from a lower benchmark print.
It's time for NP to deliver, or it's time for NP to be replaced. Show me the money.
