Who says? What in your background allows you to make that definitive statement? Perhaps there are reasons sales are slow. Perhaps the company doesn't have the capital. Your singular contention has been that Mr. Berman is a liar and a cheat and is incompetent. What if you are wrong? Will there be an apology for two years of libel?
