Early last summer I began my investment in $SFOR. I made 11 purchases from June-August to acquire a total of 600,000 shares. At an average PPS of 0.0195 this collective investment cost me a total of $11,700. Sure, it sucks that my investment from last summer is down so much in value right now, but I try to look at this in a different way. Owning these shares is owning a portion of this company, and when factoring in the recent dilution, my investment I made last summer has only decreased by about 13%. Remember, you don’t lose money unless you sell at a lower price than when you bought it.
This morning I was able to add 600,000 at 0.002 costing me only $1,200. This investment today may have given me a slightly smaller slice of the company then the same number of shares last summer, but I did it at a tenth of the cost. Considering the PPS and # of outstanding shares, our money has 8-9x the buying power into this company than it did last summer. I believed in Strikeforce last summer and I still believe in it today.
I agree with a lot of you, dilution sucks, but IMO the effects on the share price have been overblown. Take advantage of these ridiculously low prices and increase your ownership in this awesome company and remain long and strong.
