As many a lawyer have once said, "It depends."

If they 'treasure' is only a coin or two and not linked to the SeaSearcher and the Govt deal is for millions, then the Govt deal would have more of an impact.
If the Govt deal is relatively small and the treasure is significant and linked to proving the Seasearcher works, treasure would move the pps a lot more.
Either way, my expectation is that we get both and both are significant and move the stock much higher.
But more importantly, such news and movement would project to the future of the company to perform again and again and for continued future growth of the company and a continuing stock price increase. I think that is what Kyle was alluding to when he cautioned against selling too soon. Shareholders are going to be excited about either and both of those happening and eager to reap profits, which many will do. However, this does not appear to be a one-trick-pony. Getting out early, while immediately rewarding, could be a mistake long-term.
But it all starts with something significant and real happening – a larger grant or significant treasure found. Then it's off to the races!
