Except for the fact that the note holders can now convert at a discount to .32. In fact, I’d be surprised if they didn’t sell into the dip this morning when they saw weakness on the bid. This has a continuing effect on all shareholders’ value, it’s not a one day thing.
NP thinks he did all shareholders a favor with this offering, but it doesn’t help if you’re not accredited. All it does is help the note holder convert lower and dilute your holdings.
I’m tired of HEARING about non-dilutive funding. It’s time to SEE it. It’s a long time past time to see it.
And get the BLA in. The stability issue is a major dropped ball on the company’s part - completely needless delay. They should have been compiling that data from the get go since 700 was a possibility.
