Before I retired, I dealt with electronic transfer

If the information is not provided by a specific time before 8:00 PM let's say, it does not get into the 8 PM run and then won't make it until the following night at 8:00.
When you check OTC, their updates are the next day I believe, so it looks like their file transfers run after 12:00 AM to maybe 5 or 7, no idea. If for any reason, the info doesn't get to them, they have an error on the file, transmission error, server error, it then won't make the update at least until the following day, a full 24hr turnaround. I know where I worked, it had to go up the chain to get an approval to get a file transfer to run during the day to load data due to the effect it had on the servers.
If it is a weekend file transfer, some won't even run until Sunday night, which again, it looks like OTC only runs their file transfer on weekdays and not weekends, so we will have to wait till Monday for anyt update on the Share volume if even then.
File transfers are pretty simple as they are usually automated, since they have been setup prior and tested. It's making sure the data is correct, the file is sent and no issues with the servers receiving.
