Agree - that is my experience in every deal I have ever done. The issuer does not verify. I have not researched the reg but my view is the declarations are a safe harbor for the issuer.
My frustration right is that I plowed in just a bit too early and cannot participate at moment. This is the timeframe to take a big position in my view. But I did three Paulson deals then the TO. Then in the last few weeks picked up a half a million shares in the open market. I paid for others to participate in a better deal. Want to kick myself or get mad at Nader for the stability data at 700mg. Or get mad at Nader for not doing a debt deal to get over the hump. Show the market the cash to get to Q2 and the stock goes up. But I am more mad at myself.
I am accredited per the reg but should not be given my foolish actions this year.
