It doesn’t sound like from the info provided that they will use the office/lab space for B-OM so I feel a licensing agreement may be on the horizon. Hopefully it’s before the filing showing upfront money from AlphaSigma. The 300 million shares in escrow kinda counters that idea but maybe it’s a bargaining tool to mid size BP showing that due to favorable terms from FDA/EMA, we can go at it alone if management so chooses. It’s a sort of Sh*t or get off the pot mentality during negotiations.
