Actually, I think the total will be closer to 72.7 million. If you look at my calculations from earlier today (or late yesterday), you'll see I added the 43.9 million shares that are outstanding today to the 28.8 million shares that are shown as unrestricted shares on the OTC website. That seems to me to be the best estimate of shares that are eligible for the dividend - the restricted shares are likely not eligible. And that number falls right into the range that Joe projected as being outstanding after the dividend.
Of course, we are all just guessing (somewhat educated, but still guessing) so we'll have to wait to see how it all plays out after Oct. 30. That is, if OTC ever updates their share counts....LOL!
