Not exactly how they drew it up in the conference room but the end result will be new ticker under GSCG. We will be shareholders in the new entity which will list within 170 days. Could be done by the original date of October 23rd or earlier. The biggest milestone here still to come is completing the SEC filings. LAHOIAN, you did me a solid with your message. Frewil also predicted this outcome and believes in the metamorphasis.
