Similiar, Yes unfortunately BSAFE was not Rated REG A+, I'm sure there are a few Non-Acredited Investors who would have liked to have gotten in on BSAFE Tokens, by just Direct Purchase.
So my point was to show the Non-Acredited Investor, there are STO's where one does not have to have a Net Worth $1M (minus your home), as was the case with IPO's & BSAFE to Qualify. BSAFE is Rated either REG D or REG S
"The SEC’s Reg A+ exemption allows an issuer to raise up to $50 million from both accredited and non-accredited investors. ."
I Thought it was worth Posting as REG A+ Investors on REG A+ STO, will be able to sell their tokens to people of any wealth level immediately after the Reg A+. This approach allows you to raise more than the annual $50 mill limit in Reg A+, and early investors via the convertible note can easily be given deep discounts to reward them for taking more risk.
Generating wealth should be open to all Fully Informed & Knowledgeable Investors.
