"the lawman",

For example, let's say you had a car, for hypothetical sake, let's call it a Mini Cooper, and that car has multiple repairs over period of ownership that are needed in its "relatively new stage, (still with warranty). Let's say Mini keeps repairing it, but says it's only temporary but they'll have an ECU update out "soon or shortly" to fix permanently. Then you wait and wait, and more repairs are required, with the company continuing to say a fix will be out "soon." Or what if it was a similar scenario with a Samsung tv or HP laptop, where features that were supposed to released in updates never were but each time when asked company says "update will happen soon" and has continued saying that for a long time, thus defying the meaning of soon? Would you go ahead and continue buying that same brand car, tv, laptop, etc...? Or would you say, hey I'm smart enough not to trust the company anymore after deceiving me as a purchaser XX times, so I'm going to buy a different brand product in the future. Or if possible will trade it in or sell it right away and get something else that may have better reliability? Wouldn't the logical thing be to get rid of a product that "you may feel" lies, cheats, deceives, misrepresents themselves, or continously fails to meet promised deadlines, or lack of follow through on promises? What if this was a spouse or friend who you discovered or believed to be misrepresenting themselves?

Would you stay married to a person who you felt "you no longer believed anything they"? I can't imagine you would, nor would most people. When the fact is that NP may get replaced someday, that day is not now, nor is it anytime in the very near future. So why would you keep an investment in a company like Cytodyn if you don't believe anything they say and feel much of what's said are lies? I would strongly urge you to sell your shares, because it's not fair to you to stay in this bad investment relationship if you feel those things are occurring. Why put yourself through this endless torture and frustration where you get stressed out over it, when you can easily move on?
