I used the closing price from the day before and divided that PPS by 68.10% because per news release, the retired shares represent 31.9% of the outstanding shares. So, 100% minus 31.9% = 68.10%
So, if you do some math, you will see that the percentage of gain is 47%. Which other stock can you be guaranteed a 47% gain in the near future? Plus the upside potential of uplisting and the 1:1 dividend.
I sold pretty much all my other stocks, mutual funds, including funds in my retirement accounts to buy GNBT...haha
